Infantry sword, Model 1816. This type of sword is quite rare in its version with a single fuller. The blade measures 49.05 cm from the core to 63 cm overall (the weapon has been restored). Please see the photos carefully. There are proof marks, the letters B and G, on both sides of the hilt; these markings are shallow. Apart from these, there are no other proof marks. To own one in excellent condition, expect to pay at least 800-900 euros.
