Royal Navy Reserve ceremonial sword; a very fine and rather rare piece. This is the initial version of the Royal Navy sword; later models do not feature the letters "RNR" on the guard. The hilt and other fittings are gold-plated. Total length: 96 cm; blade length: 82 cm. There are faint traces of oxidation on the blade. Sword scabbard mounts for attachment While the passage of time has left its mark, finding such a sword in perfect condition is virtually impossible. Shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.
